Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal for Customers from Europe and the United Kingdom

Customers from the European Union and the United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided that the goods are returned undamaged, unused, and in their original condition.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must clearly inform us of the withdrawal by email within the 14-day period.

No Right of Withdrawal for Customers from the USA and Switzerland

There is no right of withdrawal for orders from the USA and Switzerland. Returns or refunds are excluded for these countries, unless there is another legal claim.

Damaged Goods

Should the goods arrive damaged or if there is a problem with the product, please contact us immediately by email. Please send us the order number and photos of the damaged goods and packaging so that we can investigate the case.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer bears the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error attributable to us or a damaged delivery.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be issued within 7 days via the original payment method. The refund may be refused or reduced if the goods have been used, damaged, or not returned in their original condition.
